The ICTVET-10 Implementation Process​

Before ICTVET Event

Register

  1. Visit the 10th ICTVET website

  2. Select the Register Menu and Participation Type (Presenter or Participant) or Click Here

  3. Make payment to join the ICTVET conference according to the type of Participation (Offline Presenter, Online Presenter or Participant)

  4. Submit proof of payment in the Register Menu - Proof of Payment or Click Here

  5. Join the Whatsapp (WA) group to get the latest information or Click Here

Submit Article (Abstract/Full Paper)

Presenter Only

  1. Download the article template with Click Here

  2. Create a presenter account with Click Here

  3. Login with Click Here

  4. Submit article abstract or full paper

  5. The editor will check the plagiarism level of the article, the suitability of the article format with the ICTVET 10 template, and the suitability of the article with the topics in ICTVET-10

  6. LoA of accepted article to be presented in ICTVET10will be sent to the presenter
  7. Enjoy checking your account regularly to get the latest information.

At the ICTVET Event

  1. Arrive on time at the venue or meeting room

  3. Conference Zoom link shared on WA groups

  4. What the presenter needs to prepare for:

  3. Maximum 10 pages of presentation slides

  4. Presentation maximum 10 minutes

After ICTVET Events

Article Review and Publication

  1. Editors will select and sort out articles that are worthy of publication in national journals, international journals and international proceedings.

  2. The presenter will be informed of the purpose of article publication through the ICTVET-10 OJS account.
  3. The presenter needs to choose and approve the options given and make payment for publication.

  4. The review process will be carried out by reviewers according to the place of publication.

  5. Improvement of review results, language, tamplate, paraphrase, copy editing, plagiarism in article writing is 20%, etc.

  8. Check your account regularly to get the latest information.
